We use information you provide to discuss your flooring project, review site conditions and prepare recommendations or a quotation. Share only information relevant to your enquiry.
Using the current forms
Online submission is available only when a receiving service is connected. The form tells you if it is unavailable; in that case nothing is transmitted. When enabled, submitting sends your contact details, project information and selected photographs to our configured enquiry service. The prepared email workflow sends the enquiry and photographs as attachments through our authorised Google email account. The email service processes those messages and mailbox attachments; no public photograph links are created. Confirmation is shown only after the service acknowledges the enquiry and photographs. An optional download lets you keep a copy after submission. Please contact us to discuss how your enquiry records are handled and retained.
Site photographs and visualisations
Photographs you send help us assess floor condition and project requirements. Where you request a project visualisation, suitable images may be used to discuss an illustrative concept. We will not publish your site photographs without appropriate permission. Please avoid including people, security information or other confidential material.

Our configured email provider is Google. Call our team to confirm the appropriate email route before sending site information. Contact [email protected] about information you have provided, to correct it or to request its deletion. Records needed for a quotation, project or legal obligation may need to be retained; the applicable arrangements should be discussed with the team.
Website services
